Salonkitukku is a domestic and versatile beauty and health online store for professionals and consumers. At Salonkitukku you can find all the necessary products in one place.
We are proud to say that we are a fully Finnish online store. Our warehouse is located in Sastamala, where we take care of packing and shipping all orders.

Order and delivery
Our payment methods are online banking, card payment (debit or credit), MobilePay, Siirto, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, OP Invoice, OP Account Credit, Walley invoice/installment payment and Walley corporate invoice.

The price for home delivery is €15.90 and for delivery to a pick-up point or parcel machine is €9.90. We offer free delivery for purchases over €100. You can also pick up your purchase from R Salon in Huittinen or PR Salon in Sastamala for €0.

Delivery time for products in stock is 1–4 business days. Delivery time for products not in stock is 1–3 weeks.

The options are delivery to a pickup point or parcel machine, home delivery or pickup from R Salon in Huittinen or PR Salon in Sastamala.

Returns and complaints
The consumer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The product must be returned without delay, but no later than 14 days after submitting the return notification. The 14-day return right does not apply to business customers. The condition for the right to return is that the product is unused, in a substantially unchanged condition and in its original packaging to the extent that it is possible to inspect the product. If the product has been used or handled carelessly, the right to return expires. The return must include all parts supplied with the product, including the instructions for use.
All returns must be notified in advance to our customer service by email at myynti@salonkitukku.com. Simply returning the product or not picking up the shipment is not sufficient to cancel the order. It is the customer's responsibility to prove that the cancellation notification has been made.

A return and handling fee of €12 will be charged, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

If there is a defect or other fault in the product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after discovering the defect or fault. You can make a complaint by email to myynti@salonkitukku.com. We process all complaints without delay and strive to resolve the situation as quickly and smoothly as possible. If a defect is found in the product, we will primarily repair it or deliver a new equivalent product in its place.

Please include at least a description of the product, stock status, delivery time, price information and your company information.
